We are thrilled to announce the ability to edit and retry A2P 10DLC Campaign registrations in Twilio Console. With this update, failed campaign registrations can be edited and resubmitted directly from Console. Additionally, this release introduces new fields for campaign registrations to provide more comprehensive campaign details ensuring the registrations meet compliance standards.

We are extending an invitation to Twilio Messaging customers to experience advanced capabilities for monitoring their messaging traffic. Our new Intelligent Alerts product monitors for anomalies in outbound messaging traffic in real-time using predictive artificial intelligence. Alerts are categorized to help prioritize events based on their impact on your business. Customers can configure notifications and review prior alerts on the Twilio Console.

We had recently announced the GA of Voice Insights Call Annotations. In the initial release of Call Annotations, we had set a character limit of 100 characters for the comment and incident field. However, based on user feedback and our commitment to providing a seamless experience, we have now increased the character limit to 1024 characters. This enhancement empowers you to provide more detailed and comprehensive annotations, enabling deeper analysis and understanding of your voice call data.

The Authy Desktop apps for Windows, MacOS, and Linux will now reach their End-of-Life (EOL) on March 19, 2024. These apps were previously scheduled to EOL in August 2024. See EOL guide to learn more.

Branded Calling is now available on the Console in Public Beta for qualified customers and use cases. We have added Branded Calling Trust Product in the Trust Hub section under your account which can enable you to display your Company Name as the caller ID for outbound calls made to cell phones after successfully passing onboarding and vetting. Customers need to onboard to Voice Integrity as a prerequisite to Branded Calling.

Restricted API Keys is now available to all customers as a Public Beta offering. Customers can create and manage Restricted API Keys on Console.
Restricted API Keys allow you to decide which Twilio API Resources an API Key can access, and which action(s) the API Key is allowed to take on those API Resources. We are now supporting permissions for Studio, Voice, SIP, Messages, and Long Codes APIs. Please note, we are actively adding more permissions to this product.
