All new Twilio SendGrid signups and teammates use Twilio Login.
Twilio Login manages all new users of Twilio Comms, SendGrid, and Segment accounts.
This navigation bar displays a new button on the top left. This button displays the account name of your Twilio SendGrid parent account or subuser username. To impersonate subusers, admin users can use this button.
Twilio Login enables Twilio users to use their Twilio email, password, and authentication settings across Twilio Comms, Segment, and SendGrid.
Twilio Login improves user convenience, security, and access management across Twilio's suite of products.

Warning
After linking your SendGrid account to Twilio Login, your original SendGrid login credentials will no longer work.
After you log in to SendGrid, eligible users see a prompt to either link your Twilio login credentials or sign up as a new Twilio user.
To link your users, use the same email address that you use for your SendGrid account. Prior to linking your users, you can change your SendGrid or Twilio email address via the respective Consoles.
You can link only one SendGrid account to one Twilio account. If you have multiple SendGrid accounts tied to the same email address:
If your email address is also your SendGrid username, that account must be linked first.
If none of your SendGrid accounts use your email address as the username, make sure that you only complete the User Linking process with the SendGrid account you wish to link to your Twilio user.
Once your Twilio and SendGrid users are linked, the email address you used is now your unique identifier. You are no longer able to create additional SendGrid accounts with that email address.
To complete the process of sigining up as a new Twilio user, verify your email address and set up two-factor authentication.
Once you complete the linking your Twilio and SendGrid users, you can log in to both your Twilio and SendGrid accounts using your Twilio login credentials.
Admin teammates can change the account name as the last step in this process.
