Custom Domain is a managed service run by Segment, available to all Business Tier customers at no additional cost.

Custom Domain enables you to configure a first-party subdomain over HTTPS to track event requests through your domain instead of Segment’s default domain. This allows you to collect comprehensive first-party data and build a more complete view of your customer’s behaviors.

Twilio is excited to announce the public beta launch of the Intelligent Discovery AI Assistant. This innovative Assistant enhances the Console UI by allowing users to interact with their messaging data using natural language. It offers comprehensive troubleshooting capabilities, provides personalized recommendations, and seamlessly connects to live support agents when necessary.

Twilio Messaging customers can now take advantage of our most advanced messaging traffic monitoring solution, Intelligent Alerts. With the use of anomaly detection models, Intelligent Alerts monitors messaging traffic in real-time looking for abnormal patterns in your error code volumes. Notifications can be configured within Messaging Intelligence pages.

The new Personalized recommendations will analyze your messaging traffic and provide actionable steps to enhance deliverability and performance based on common issues we observe in your messaging traffic. Personalized Recommendations are now available in Public Beta to all Twilio Messaging customers using the Intelligent Discovery AI Assistant in Messaging Insights. 

Understanding your messaging performance has never been easier. Our Deliverability Score, accessible within Messaging Insights, offers a snapshot of your traffic's effectiveness. With subscores for Sent rate, Compliance, Fraud, Latency, and Engagement, you can pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize your strategy.

Predictions, Segment’s artificial intelligence and machine learning feature that lets you predict the likelihood that users will perform any event tracked in Segment, is now HIPAA Eligible. 

HIPAA Eligible workspaces require a Business Associate Addendum (BAA).

Voice Insights Advanced Features customers who are also Branded Calling customers can now view the Branded calling metrics in Voice Insights Call Summary and Call Summaries APIs. The new fields will be available within the Trust property of the API.

Ongoing updates to Programmable Voice TwiML processing behavior are communicated via the Voice TwiML Changelog.

We roll out releases gradually over the span of a few weeks. If you have automatic Flex UI updates enabled, you can now opt in to have new minor releases applied to your Flex instance as soon as they’re available. We recommend this on accounts used for development or testing purposes to explore new features right away.
