Programmable Video End of Life Notice

Note: the information in this changelog is out of date and has been superseded by a more recent changelog entry here

Twilio will End of Life (EOL) our Programmable Video product on December 5, 2024. Existing customers can continue to use Twilio Programmable Video until December 5, 2024; however, we will not be offering new feature enhancements or releases going forward. Although customers may transition to any video provider, we will be partnering with Zoom to provide its Video SDK as an alternative solution for your video needs. Zoom's Video SDK is a fully customizable, developer-centric platform that largely supports a similar set of use cases as Twilio's Programmable Video.

Both Twilio and Zoom teams are prepared to guide and support customers with this transition. We have prepared this migration guide with Zoom to assist you in minimizing any service disruption. Additional information on the Programmable Video EOL is available in our Help Center here

Lastly, you’ll receive communications with Flex-specific information if you use Programmable Video within Flex.
