Billing Changes for Voice Insights Advanced Features Usage
Effective October 1, 2022, usage for Voice Insights Advanced Features minutes will round up to the next minute. Your usage has been underbilled due to an error in our systems that calculate usage. We’ll absorb the historical cost of our error and you’ll see updated billing on your invoice starting October 1, 2022.
Most Twilio Voice products are usage-based and round up to the minute by default. There are no partial minutes; for example, a call that is 1 minute and 18 seconds is charged for 2 minutes. However, your contract may stipulate sub-minute billing for some billable items.

Bug fix for PDD values being reported higher than actual values for some scenarios
We recently discovered a bug in our calculation of Post Dial Delay (PDD) for PSTN/SIP calls with more than one routing attempt. This resulted in an incorrect calculation of PDD and for these calls we were reporting a PDD value which was higher than the actual value.Starting 23 September 2022 all calculations of PDD in VoiceInsights (Console and API) will reflect the correct and updated value.

On December 13, 2022, you will not be able to use or access Email Monitor. If Email Monitor is essential to your experience, please adapt your workflow or build a custom solution to fit your needs prior to this date.
