Voice Insights – Monitoring of Branded Calling Events in Event Streams and Twilio Segment

Voice Insights customers who are also Branded Calling customers can now access Branded Calling fields by subscribing to the Call Insights Events in Event Streams.

 

The Branded Calling fields will be added within the Trust object of the com.twilio.voice.insights.call-summary.completeevents.

 

 

With this release, customers can easily monitor calls belonging to a  Branded Trust Product Bundle SID as well as calls that were enabled with Branded Calling. Customers will be able to measure the ROI of their campaigns by monitoring the completion rate of the calls which were branded. Furthermore, when Answering Machine Detection (AMD) is enabled for these calls, customers can utilize Voice Insights to ascertain whether the branded calls were answered by a person or redirected to voicemail. 

 

Subsequently, with this release customers will also be able to send their Branded Calling data to Twilio Segment. As a result, customers can now create custom traits in Twilio Engage to track the journey and behavior of their Branded Calling customers.
