Twilio Changelog | Oct. 16, 2026

Voice Integrity now supports all three major US networks

Voice Integrity, part of Twilio’s Voice Trust offering, enables businesses to register their details and associated outbound phone numbers directly with major US analytics vendors. This proactive registration helps carriers identify legitimate business traffic, reducing the likelihood of your calls being blocked or labeled as spam.

What’s New?

Previously, Voice Integrity supported registration with analytics vendors for AT&T and T-Mobile. With this release, we have expanded our coverage to include Verizon. Twilio now seamlessly supports Voice Integrity registration across all three major US networks.

Action Required

  • Existing Customers: No action is required. If you have an existing Voice Integrity-enrolled account, your business details and phone numbers have already been automatically registered with the analytics vendor supporting Verizon.

  • New Customers: To start protecting your outbound call reputation, please refer to the Voice Integrity documentation to learn more and get started.
