These A2P onboarding packages are built to make your messaging journey easier and more scalable as you expand into new use cases, regions, or messaging channels. Along with the ability to have a predictable time-to-market with set SLAs, these packages provide an average of 40% faster time-to-market across all support products, allowing you to engage with your customers faster than ever.
Within each onboarding package you will be assigned a dedicated A2P onboarding manager and allotted Onboarding Credits that can be used across a variety of different messaging channels.
Following is the breakdown of how many credits will be received on a monthly basis per package along with how those credits breakdown into actual channels onboarded.
- Package 1: 10 Onboarding Credits per Month
