What is the Compliance Embeddable?

The Compliance Embeddable is a white-label, configurable embed offering designed to seamlessly integrate into your web application. This product enables you to securely collect and process compliance information from your customers that is sent directly to Twilio, streamlining compliance and your customer’s time-to-market. By enabling this self-service workflow, the Compliance Embeddable not only simplifies compliance management but also accelerates vetting times with its built-in validation capabilities.

With the public beta launch, ISVs can now leverage the Compliance Embeddable for Toll-Free Verification. This feature empowers your customers to efficiently manage their compliance requirements, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

How Does It Work?

The Compliance Embeddable is a React application that can be easily integrated into your existing web portal or application as an i-frame. The user interface includes a form similar to what you would find in the Twilio Console, but tailored specifically for the ISV tenant use case. This allows your end customers to submit their compliance information via self-service, reducing the burden on your support teams.

Twilio manages the questions asked in the Compliance Embeddable UI form, ensuring that only the relevant questions for the specific country or product are included. There is no Twilio branding on the Compliance Embeddable, and the UI can be customized to align with your design standards, including color palette and typeface.

Additionally, you can receive status updates about the registrations your customers have submitted via email and webhooks, keeping you informed every step of the way.
