The Virtual Nudge Unit is a behavioral design team for biopharma, healthcare, insurance, and tech organizations. Led by leading experts in the use of nudges to improve health and health care, their work includes improving enrollment into behavior change programs, increasing patient/customer engagement, and personalizing nudges to the tailored needs of patients.

In this interactive session, the Virtual Nudge Unit will provide a state-of-the-science overview on applying behavioral science and nudges. They will use real-world examples of various technology platforms to engage patients in improving their health. The objective for attendees is to understand best practices for designing and implementing nudges to change behavior across different technology platforms.
