Frequently asked questions

The Excellence in Engagement Awards program recognizes innovative organizations that are reimagining the way they engage with their customers.

We encourage Twilio customers, partners, and employees to submit organizations that use Twilio and embody one or more of the four award categories.

Finalists and winners will be chosen and voted upon by a panel consisting of four members from Twilio’s leadership team. Finalists will be notified by the end of February 2025 and winners will be announced at the end of April.

Yes. Organizations can be entered into all four categories if they meet the required criteria. Please note that for each category nomination, you'll need to submit a separate form.

Winners will be announced via a press release and recognized on this page, as well as various social channels. Winners will also be recognized at SIGNAL and their story will be featured throughout the event.

We encourage the nomination of global organizations, however, their headquarters must be based in North America.
