*If you cannot secure the proof of identity of the authorized representative shown on the extract from the commercial register, the company can execute a Power of Attorney (PoA) signed by the authorized representative shown on the extract. If a PoA is used, you will need to submit both a copy of the executed PoA and proof of the identity of the person given PoA on behalf of the company.
