Portable Numbers

  • Geographic (local) numbers (+331 to +335)
  • Non-geographic (national) numbers (+339)

At the moment, Twilio has paused the port-ins of mobile numbers (+336, +337).

Restrictions

  • Most of International Phone Numbers have VOICE capability only. Only Mobile numbers have VOICE and SMS.

    • Company Name or End User Name if individual
    • Postal address 
    • Post code 
    • City 
    • Country 
    • SIRET code
    • NAF code
    • Valid RIO code (Code RIO valide)
    • Current carrier name
  • Applicable regulatory compliance documentation
  • Additionally for Non-Geographic "Numéro Cristal" +33 969 numbers:

Timeframe

Once you submit all required documentation/information, up to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the port and time required by the current service provider.
