Voice Insights Call Annotations General Availability

Announcing the general availability (GA) launch of Voice Insights Call Annotations. This powerful feature empowers our customers to enhance their existing Voice Insights Call Summary records with valuable contextual information.

Voice Insights Call Annotations also supersedes the Feedback API and provides various enhancements such as capturing information on call quality issues, call scores, spam labeling, answering machine detection, and customer-internal tags and metadata. 

Furthermore, with Voice Insights Call Annotations, customers can programmatically enrich their call data with subjective experience details. By leveraging this capability, customers can gain deeper insights into individual calls and can make data-driven decisions.
