Voice Intelligence is now generally available

As of 17th of June, 2024, Voice Intelligence is generally available. Voice Intelligence is designed to enhance your voice communications by providing deep insights and analytics from your calls.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Transcription: Automatically convert speech to text from your recordings in 16 different languages, making it easy to review conversations.
  • PII redaction: Extract and redact personally identifiable information from your call transcripts and recordings.
  • Prebuilt Language Operators: Analyze the sentiment of your calls to better understand customer satisfaction and agent performance, get concise summaries of your calls, extract entities from the conversations, and more, with our AI-powered Language Operators.
  • Custom Language Operators: Classify conversations or extract information using specific keywords or phrases mentioned in your conversations.

 

Effective June 17th, 2024, we are introducing a lower pricing for Voice Intelligence transcriptions and Language Operators. Check the new pricing here.
