Use twilio carousels and new button updates to supercharge marketing and transactional messaging

A host of new functionality is now supported in Content Templates! These templates are omnichannel ready. As more channels such as RCS, support the content type, you will be able to use the same rich content template on newly added channels. Use Content API to:

Button Updates include:

  • Create and send up to 5 quick reply buttons in a card or quick reply template. The previous limit was 3.

  • Create and send up to 2 call to action URL buttons in a card or call to action template. The previous limit was 1. 

  • Send quick replies and call to action buttons in the same card template. 

  • Send URL Buttons in-session without approval
