New Text To Speech Voices available for <Say>

Twilio has updated its Text-To-Speech offering adding support for a total of 2 new voices within Standard and Premium tiers.

Google’s Standard and Amazon's Polly voices are Standard voices starting at $0.0008 per 100 characters; while Google’s WaveNet and Neural2, and Amazon's Polly Neural voices are Premium voices priced at $0.0032 per 100 characters. 

This release includes the following new voices and languages:

Note: These new voices are initially available for <Say> only. Support for Text-to-Speech Settings in Twilio Console, and Studio <Say> Widget will follow.
