Intelligent Alerts now available in Public Beta - Unleashing the power of AI to help customers with anomaly detection and real time alerting
Twilio Messaging customers can now take advantage of our most advanced messaging traffic monitoring solution, Intelligent Alerts. With the use of anomaly detection models, Intelligent Alerts monitors messaging traffic in real-time looking for abnormal patterns in your error code volumes. Notifications can be configured within Messaging Intelligence pages.
Smart features built in the Intelligent Alerts pipeline, allow us to categorize alerts based on the perceived customer business impact and reduce alert noise with an automatic alert “snooze”.
Intelligent Alerts monitors outbound messaging traffic by account sid, mobile network operator (MNO) and supported error code combinations and checks for anomalies every 5 minute periods. Supported error codes: 30001, 30003, 30005, 30006, 30007 and 30008.
Intelligent Alerts enters Public Beta today along with Intelligent Discovery IA Assistant and Deliverability Score to help simplify Messaging Deliverability and offer even more value to our Twilio customers.
All Twilio Messaging customers accessing the Twilio Console can enable proactive notifications via email and review anomalies detected on their accounts. To configure account notifications, visit the Intelligent Alerts notification preferences.
