Twilio has updated its Text-To-Speech offering adding support for Google voices in Public Beta.

Google’s Standard voices will be available and priced as “Standard” voice, while Google’s WaveNet and Neural2 as “Premium” voices. This release includes more than 360 new voices for different languages and genders, providing additional coverage to support customers’ global communication needs.
