End of Life (EOL) of Twilio Messaging MaxPrice API Parameter

Twilio Messaging MaxPrice API parameter will be deprecated starting June 3, 2024.

Due to low usage, Twilio will be deprecating the MaxPrice API parameter, which was utilized to set a maximum message price. If the message price would have exceeded the specified price set by the MaxPrice parameter, Twilio would fail the message with error code 30010.

After June 3, Twilio will continue to accept messages with the MaxPrice parameter specified, but the value will have no effect and error code 30010 will not be returned. We recommend removing the MaxPrice parameter from your implementation and reviewing your messaging geographic permissions settings to only allow countries where you intend to send messages as a more robust way to avoid sending messages to expensive destinations.
