[U.S. A2P 10DLC] Launching the Sole Proprietor registration option!

If you’re an individual or small business located in the U.S. or Canada and do not have a Tax ID, you may now register as a “Sole Proprietor” Brand and create a Sole Proprietor Campaign to send messages to the U.S. using 10-digit local long codes. Please navigate to the Twilio Console - Messaging - Regulatory Compliance section to complete the registration, or check out our step-by-step API walk-through if you are an ISV customer.

Customers with legacy Starter Brands can also now convert them to Sole Proprietor Brands after providing some additional information and completing a Mobile OTP via the Twilio Console or APIs (see our documentation here).
