Upcoming Changes to Voice Insights Console Experience

Following are changes to the experience for users who do not pay for Voice Insights Advanced Features :

• Voice Insights will now provide 7 days of call and conference data in Twilio Console, compared to 30 days with Voice Insights Advanced Features.

• Access to the Voice Insights Subaccount Dashboard in Console is now only available with Voice Insights Advanced Features.

• Programmatic Access to Conference Insights APIs and Event Streams will only be available via Voice Insights Advanced Features.

Note: Voice Insights Advanced Feature customers will not see any change in console, API or Event Stream experience.

What do you need to do?

If you are a Voice Insights Customer

For the customers using the free version of voice insights, evaluate your current usage to determine if the 7 days of historical data access meets your needs. If you require extended historical data or access to the Subaccount Dashboard, you might consider upgrading to Voice Insights Advanced Features.

If you are an existing Voice Insights Advanced Feature Customer 

No change to the existing Voice Insights Console, API or Event Stream experience
