DevarisBrown
DeVaris Brown is both Product Manager and Technical Evangelist at Zendesk. He specializes in “being able to relate to anyone from geeks to grandmas.”  By day DeVaris strategizes and evangelizes Zendesk’s lovely API. By night, his hands are on a camera or turntables.

DeVaris will break down how to expand your customer base through high quality customer service in his TwilioCon talk “High Touch Customer Service with Twilio and Zendesk APIs”

Jennifer Kimball joined the The Polaris Project as Systems and Data Coordinator in August 2009, as a call specialist and a program specialist. She is working toward a world without slavery by managing the National Human Trafficking Resource Center (NHTRC)  hotline data through analyzing trends, data integrity, and new data tracking initiatives.
 

AndrewBudd
In August 2010, Andrew Budd joined ESPN’s Innovation Project Development, focusing on building a better in-home fan experience by fusing data from small events, building API’s, and fusing statistics and production data.  Andrew will walk through how to leverage APIs in your marketing campaigns in his TwilioCon talk “A New Breed of APIs: What Your Company’s API Strategy Should Be”

As Knowledge Manager and In-House Counsel, Sean Hewens oversees IDEO.org’s mission to spread helpful human-centered design throughout the social sector. He is also responsible for HCD Connect, a web platform created by IDEO.org where those working on projects in low-income communities can share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others. At SpareFoot, Josh Lipton works on making rent for self-storage easy. He co-founded a golf marketplace startup before he was 21 and was a partner and CTO for an enterprise mobility lifecycle management firm for 10 years. His love for technology traces back to his grandfather, who pioneered software development techniques at IBM, and his father, who wrote one of the earliest books on multimedia technology.
