There’s no place like home, and there’s no industry like real estate for technology. We’ve seen web leads, call tracking, text message and voice alerts related to customer acquisition, workflows, virtual phone systems to manage groups, call routing, and visual voicemail. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg!

At the RealPage User Conference hosted at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas, I had the honor of being co-presenter. Tom Fanelli, VP Product Marketing for RealPage SMB Division, and I presented the ability for cloud communications to improve business returns from lead conversion to customer support response times. We unveiled enhanced call tracking features in the Propertyware marketing applications modules as well as a new product, Propertyware PBX, both powered by Twilio.

Tom gave live demonstrations of both applications. The call tracking modules included the ability to real-time provision phone numbers for SEO campaigns, track leads performance for individual properties, customize workflows that generated both voice calls and text message alerts, and route leads to call center operations. Browser and mobile based calling via Twilio Client integration was great to show future extensions to each product.
