Oracle Open Wold Recap: Delivering Customer Experience (and Mustaches)

Software devs, Twilio partners, and even Macklemore came from all over to take part in Oracle OpenWorld last week. We had a blast meeting new members of the community, working with our partners BlueLeap, OpenMethods, and SureShot and showing OOW attendees how to mustachify themselves.

  • OpenMethods showed OOW folks how to easily add Voice, SMS and/or MMS with their Harmony any-channel media bar, providing communications into Oracle Service Cloud regardless of channel or underlying vendor.

  • BlueLeap shared how  IDP consulting was able to build better overall customer experiences by adding SMS as a communication channel using BlueLeap’s Oracle Service Cloud Connector plug-in. This lead to quicker agent response time, building localized language support, and unlocked  IDP’s geographic expansion.
  • ShureShot Media gave OOW attendees insight into how they can use their SparkPlug drag and drop interface in Oracle Marketing Cloud to send SMS/MMS to direct mail market more efficiently and easily drive leads and connect with customers.

 

Twilio-Powered Weekend (and Mustaches)
