Twilio has set up a temporary office in New York City for TechCrunch Disrupt this weekend, and for the rest of the week. We’re excited to see what people have been building with our API, and we’ll be featuring all the Twilio-powered apps we can find while we’re here. If you’re at Disrupt and use Twilio in your company, please drop a note to danielle@twilio.com
Joinable.org Pitches in 60 Seconds at #TCdisrupt
Joinable was created in just 24 hours at the TechCrunch Disrupt Hackathon by Ben Nadel, Aaron Foss and Mark Webster but it is more than just a weekend hack. Taken to its logical extreme, it could be an extremely disruptive way to assist homeless and jobless by providing them with permanent, secure, free communication services.
