Pricing and Limitations

• 5,000 messages per account per day
• 100 free messages per month
• After the first 100 messages, you will be charged $0.02 for each message generated by an AI Assistant, in addition to connectivity costs such as SMS and WhatsApp message fees
  • This includes messages generated in the Simulator

• You will be charged $0.10 per minute generated by an AI Assistant, in addition to connectivity costs such as Programmable Voice telephony fees.

While AI Assistants are in developer preview, some feature and system limitations apply.

These limits are per account:

• 5 total Assistants

Each Assistant has the following limitations:

• 10 Tools
• 10 Knowledge Sources
• 500 pages maximum for website sources
• 30 characters maximum for names of Tools and Knowledge Sources
• 2,000 characters maximum for descriptions of Tools and Knowledge Sources
• 5,000 characters maximum on personality prompts
