Bring SMS conversations and notes on your customers together into one place using a Trello board. Enable reps to view, manage, and respond to incoming messages.
- Customer sends SMS to your phone number
- This creates a new card on your Trello board, and adds the message as a comment
- When the rep responds to the comment, it sends a text to the customer
- Rep can add additional notes to the Trello card as needed
