The AI Nutrition Facts Label is intended to give consumers and businesses a more transparent and clear view into "what's in the box" of a specific AI model. It explains how their customer data is being used, especially when it comes to training AI models.
Voice Intelligence includes six AI Base Models: Twilio's own AI model, OpenAI GPT-3.5, Amazon Comprehend, Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Transcribe, and Private AI. Below are the current AI Nutrition Fact Labels for these Voice Intelligence Base Models.
Customer data is not used to train the Base Models for OpenAI GPT-3.5, Amazon Comprehend, Private AI, Google Speech-to-Text, and Amazon Transcribe.
For Twilio's own AI model, customer data is used to train its Base Model if you opt-in by accepting the Data Logging Terms. For more information, please refer to the Twilio Voice Intelligence: Data Logging Consent Addendum.

If the customer enables Data Logging functionality, then the Base Model is trained with customer data.
