Microvisor Support and Further Information


We welcome general inquiries you may have about Microvisor and its implementation in your planned IoT product. We are also happy to receive any support questions you may have once you have begun working with the Microvisor Nucleo Development Board (NDB).

Microvisor is now part of KORE Wireless, but during a brief transition phase some resources — the documentation, for example — will remain in the Twilio world.

Please submit your queries via a KORE Wireless ticket: (link takes you to an external page)log in to the Kore console and click the ****Contact Support button in the left-hand navbar.

Important Please make sure you include the following information in your support ticket:

  • Enter Microvisor in the Short Description field.
  • In the Additional Comments field, please indicate:
    • Your development environment OS and the tools you are using, e.g., Windows 10/Docker; macOS 14.1/CLI; or Ubuntu 22.04/CLI.
    • Your Twilio Account SID, if you have an account.
    • Your Microvisor Device SID, if you have a device. Thank you!
