16030: Participant failed to be added to the conference

Twilio encountered an unexpected internal error while attempting to add a participant to an active conference.

• Twilio hit an internal error while processing the request to add the participant to the conference.

• Retry the request later. Twilio identifies this as an internal error and recommends trying again.
• If you create participants with ConferenceSid, make sure the conference is active before you send the request; if the specified conference is not active, the request fails.
